Refund policy

At North Shore Detailing, we strive to provide the highest quality mobile detailing services. Due to the time, labor, and travel involved, the following refund policy applies to all services booked through our website.


Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to correct any missed or unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dirt, stains, or damage that cannot be safely removed

  • Permanent stains, wear, scratches, or paint defects

  • Services that have been completed as agreed

  • Issues reported after 24 hours of service completion


Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We reserve the right to refuse future service for repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.


Vehicle Condition

Final pricing is based on the vehicle’s actual condition at the time of service.

If the vehicle requires significantly more time or work than expected, we will inform you before proceeding. You may choose to approve the updated price or decline the service at no charge.


Weather & Mobile Service

Mobile detailing services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.
